    Workshop Refund Policy

    Workshop registration fees are non-refundable unless your space can be filled from a waiting list. If there is no waiting list, you may find a replacement. In cases of personal or medical emergency, the Education Coordinator will make the final decision regarding refunds.

    Potographic Policy 


  • ·       By joining the RMWG, I give permission for photos of myself and my work taken during guild events and pictures I submit to RMWG to be used for guild promotional purposes.
  • ·       No photography is allowed during Guild Meeting Presentations or at workshops without express permission from the instructor. Some instructors have copyrighted materials and we have signed contracts agreeing to this policy.
